On view to the public from 4 September 2008 in the entrance hall of the National Gallery of Slovenia, Prešernova 24, Ljubljana is the restored original monument of national cultural heritage – the Robba Fountain.
After the original fountain was removed from in front of Ljubljana’s town hall and replaced by a copy, it now – refurbished and restored – resides in the space which was primarily constructed for this purpose. Restoration work was carried out by the ZVKDS Restoration Centre, under the leadership of Jože Drešar.
Entry to the entrance hall is free of charge.
